Location:
   Shengzhou city, located at the southeast coast of Zhejiang province, south to Hangzhou, west to Ningbo, East to Jinhua, north to Wenzhou and Taihzhou, where in the region of Yangtze Delta Economic Zone, is one of the first opened county-level cities. It covers an area of 1784 M2, with the population of 738 thousand. In 1995, it upgraded as a county-level city.
